Incomplete evacuation has a lot to do with hard stool. Due to the way we eliminate, on the throne, our sphincter has a kink in it. This makes it feel like we have not eliminated as much as we should. We changed from squatting to the throne some time ago. When you squat you eliminate the kink, put pressure on your bowels,eliminate faster, more complete, and with no strain.
